From a simple love for social media to a full-scale digital marketing and outsourcing powerhouse, Expresso Company was built on passion, innovation, and a get-it-done attitude.
What started as a one-person venture has evolved into a thriving team of over 80 experts helping brands grow faster and smarter.
It All Started in College
“Back in my college days at the University of Florida, I fell in love with marketing while planning events and promoting them on Facebook. That hands-on experience sparked my love for social media and content creation, and set the foundation for everything that followed.”
Taking the Leap into Social Media
“In 2018, I took a leap of faith and launched my own social media management agency. I knew I had the skills, the drive, and the ability to find top-tier talent. I was right. In no time, we had a rockstar team managing multiple accounts and delivering real results.”
Expanding into Ads and PPC Management
“PPC ad management was the next natural step. Clients started requesting ad services, we were good at it, and it worked. Our client portfolio began to grow across different industries and regions.”
From One Chair to a Contact Center
“Thanks to the success of our ad campaigns, clients' phones started ringing off the hook with potential customers. One of those clients asked if someone from our office could answer their incoming calls. We said yes.
That one virtual assistant chair quickly turned into two, then three, then four. Soon, we were adding full sales campaigns, customer service campaigns, and more virtual assistants.
That was the beginning of what is now our fully operational Contact Center.”
